Return & Cancellation Policy.

You have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, as long as it is in excellent condition, unused and in its original packaging.
When the product package is opened, its value is automatically reduced as the product is classified as used. The reduction of the value from the opening of the package and consequently from the characterization of the product as used is examined on a case by case basis and is determined by the company.
The company is not responsible for any damage that occurs to the products due to misuse of the transport company.
The manner and costs of transportation to our company as well as the possible insurance of the products is the choice and responsibility of the customer.

After receiving the product, call us at 213 0385462 or contact us via the e-mail form of the website kallyntica.gr. We will be happy to serve you immediately and will inform you about all your options. Returns of damaged products are not accepted.
In all cases the product must be accompanied by legal proof of purchase.
